All returns must be pre-authorized by emailing us at hello@amberwavegoods.com and the return package must be postmarked within 14 days after the delivery of your order. If more than 14 days have passed since you received your item(s), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, product(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them with the packaging intact.

You are responsible for paying any shipping costs associated with returning your item(s) and the original shipping cost is non-refundable. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s) so consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Your return will only be processed once we receive and inspect the item(s) you've returned. At that time you will be notified via email of your refund.
